PRODUCTS
Ø Desilube 58 Very coarse powder. Authorized by USDA for H-1 food-grade lubricants. Developed to provide outstanding EP/AW properties as MoS2 and sulfur replacement in powder lubricants for various metalworking processes involving high alloy, stainless, high and low carbon steel.
Ø Desilube 88 Micronized powder form of Desilube 58. Suitable for stable suspensions in solvents, mineral oils, greases and pastes. Authorized by USDA for H-1 food-grade lubricants. Particularly useful in formulating high performance gear and chain oils, chlorine-free heavy-duty stainless and carbon steel drawing compounds. Replacement for Chlorinated paraffins and use as an extender for MoS2 .
Ø Desilube 98 Water soluble powder with a solubility up to 20%. Developed to replace graphite, MoS2 chlorinated paraffins and sulfurized olefins in a broad range of applications included broaching, stamping, deep drawing and many others. Used in formulations of various synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, light color mold release compounds and prelube coatings, water based synthetic forging lubes.
Ø Desilube 77 Liquid oil-free antiwear/extreme pressure additive to be combined with mineral oil bases system to replace very high contents of chlorinated paraffins in heavy duty metalworking operations such as drawing, deep drawing, heading, etc…
Ø Desilube 33 Multifunctional additive derived from wood lignin. Biodegradable, natural and renewable product providing combined antioxidant, extreme-pressure and antiwear properties in grease and oil system.
Ø DesiGreen 100 DESIGREEN WATER DILUTABLE 100 is a vegetable oil based, water dilutable fluid which combines the unique characteristics of strong lubricity and bioresistance. This fluid performs in the same fashion as a soluble oil but contains no mineral oil which minimizes worker concern about exposure. DESIGREEN WATER DILUTABLE 100 is based on the methyl ester of soybean oil which is a naturally derived raw material.
